Transparent methodology

What every number means.

The platform uses reproducible calculations over UFC bout and round statistics. Rates describe recorded UFC performance; they are not guarantees of future results.

01

Fight record

UFC record is counted from archived bout outcomes: wins, losses, draws, and no contests. The complete fight log is checked against that total for every profile.

02

Striking

Landed per minute is significant strikes landed divided by recorded fight minutes. Accuracy is significant strikes landed divided by attempted. Defense is one minus opponents’ significant strikes landed divided by opponents’ attempts.

03

Grappling

Takedowns per 15 scales landed takedowns to fifteen minutes. Accuracy is takedowns landed divided by attempted. Defense is one minus opponent takedowns landed divided by attempted. Submission attempts are also scaled to fifteen minutes.

04

Win methods

UFC wins are grouped as KO/TKO, submission, or decision/other. Finish rate is the share of UFC wins ending by KO/TKO or submission. No contests are excluded from wins and losses.

05

Finish timeline

KO/TKO and submission wins are positioned by elapsed fight time. Elapsed seconds equal completed five-minute rounds plus the official time in the finishing round. Markers identify the finish method; hover previews a finish and click or tap pins its details.

06

Interpretation

Career-level rates can hide changes in competition, age, style, and recent form. Use the fight log and opponent context alongside summary statistics. These analytics are descriptive research—not a prediction by themselves.
